Terms of Service
Last updated: May 25, 2026 · Effective: May 25, 2026
What this page covers
These terms govern your use of the tekfocus.com website — the public marketing, content, and contact surfaces operated by TekFokus, Inc. DBA TekFocus. They do not govern consulting engagements, advisory retainers, managed services, or any other commercial relationship between TekFocus and a client; those are governed by separate written agreements (typically a Statement of Work or Master Services Agreement). The boundary is explicit by design.
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Website content and intellectual property
All content on tekfocus.com — including text, images, diagrams, framework descriptions, and graphic design elements — is the property of TekFokus, Inc. or used with permission, and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and related laws.
The TekFocus operational frameworks named on this site — the AI Readiness Framework, the AI-as-Intern Model, Commander's Intent for AI Workflows, and the AAR Habit — are proprietary TekFocus intellectual property. You may reference these frameworks by name in your own work with attribution to TekFocus and a link to tekfocus.com. You may not present them as your own work, sell training material derived from them without a license, or use them in a way that misrepresents their origin.
Brief excerpts of TekFocus content may be quoted with attribution under standard fair use principles. Substantial reproduction, redistribution, or commercial reuse requires written permission from TekFocus.
Acceptable use
You agree to use this site lawfully and not to:
- Scrape the site for commercial AI training or commercial republication without permission
- Attempt to access non-public areas of the site or circumvent security controls
- Submit contact-form messages that are abusive, threatening, defamatory, or unlawful
- Use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages or attempt to phish, spoof, or impersonate any party
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site or its underlying infrastructure
- Interfere with the operation of the site, including denial-of-service activity
Violation of acceptable use may result in blocking your access and, where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement.
No professional advice through the site
The content on this site is provided for general informational purposes. The frameworks, principles, and examples described on the site are not a substitute for engagement-specific architecture advice, legal advice, security guidance, or compliance counsel applied to your specific situation. Decisions you make based on reading this site are yours alone. If you want TekFocus's actual professional judgment on your specific situation, engage TekFocus through the executive briefing process and the contractual structures described below.
Engagement boundary
This is the important section.
Visiting this site, completing the contact form, requesting an executive briefing, exchanging emails with TekFocus, or attending a workshop or briefing does not create a consulting engagement. No professional services obligation arises between you and TekFocus until both parties sign a written engagement document — typically a Statement of Work (SOW), a Master Services Agreement (MSA), or an engagement letter that explicitly defines scope, deliverables, fees, and the parties involved.
The terms of any engagement live in that written document. Nothing on this site — including any framework description, service-line page, methodology reference, or content piece — constitutes a binding service commitment, fee quote, or warranty about engagement outcomes. The site is informational; the engagement is contractual.
This boundary protects both sides. You retain the ability to walk away after the executive briefing without obligation. TekFocus retains the ability to decline engagements that do not fit the firm's operating principles.
Third-party links and references
This site references and links to third-party platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Anthropic, OpenAI, Plausible, Cloudflare, and others), third-party content (LinkedIn, podcasts, articles), and the TekFocus AI Academy at tekfocusai.com (opens in a new tab) (operated by TekFokus, Inc. as a brand and program division — same legal entity, separate top-level domain).
TekFocus does not control third-party sites and is not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Linking to a third party is not an endorsement, except where the link is to TekFocus AI Academy, which is operated by TekFokus, Inc.
Site provided "as is"
This site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. TekFocus makes no warranties — express or implied — about the accuracy, completeness, currentness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any content on the site. TekFocus does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
This disclaimer does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties; in those jurisdictions, the disclaimers above apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TekFokus, Inc. and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of this site, including loss of business, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — even if TekFocus has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
For any direct damages, TekFocus's aggregate liability arising from or related to your use of this site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00), or the amount you have paid TekFocus for use of this site (which is zero), whichever is greater.
This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law (such as liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud).
Engagement-related liability is governed separately by the applicable engagement document, not by this section.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising from or related to these terms or your use of this site is the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
Changes to these terms
TekFocus may update these terms when the website, our practices, or applicable law changes. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a material change to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page for a reasonable period after they take effect.
