TekFocus is selective by design — the firm declines vendor-funded engagements with predetermined recommendations, headcount-driven work that does not require senior architecture, and engagements that ask the firm to violate its multi-vendor principle. The work TekFocus does take on is the work the firm is built to do well.

TekFocus runs the AI Readiness Framework before recommending any model, platform, or pilot — and pivots to a Data Readiness Sprint when the data isn't ready. Generative AI architecture spans Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Anthropic, Google, xAI Grok, and on-prem patterns, chosen by fit.
Cloud architecture across Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, and hybrid patterns. Azure depth is real — 35+ Microsoft certifications and two decades of delivery — but Azure is recommended when Azure fits, not because Microsoft is the default. Landing zones, migration planning, hybrid architecture, identity and access, cost and governance at enterprise scale.
Most AI failures are data failures. The Data Estate strategy and semantic layer design come before the AI architecture, not after. Platform evaluation spans Microsoft Fabric, Synapse, Snowflake, Databricks, and the AWS analytics stack — recommended by workload fit, not vendor relationship.
