Training-era named customers (public record).

During the Infomart era, TekFocus operated as one of North Texas's most credible technical training and consulting providers. The public-record customer roster from this period anchors the firm's credibility floor. The five customers below are named in order of operational significance.

Microsoft

The most operationally significant relationship of the Infomart era. TekFocus was a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner for Learning Solutions. The firm delivered training programs internationally for Microsoft Consulting Services (MCS) professionals and Microsoft Premier Field Engineer (PFE) roles, developed custom curriculum to Microsoft-certified standards, and hosted Microsoft itself routinely in the TekFocus Infomart facilities.

General Motors

Enterprise technical training across multiple Microsoft platforms during the 2000s — one of the largest industrial technology adopters of the era.

American Airlines

Technical training and capability-building for one of the country's largest airline IT organizations.

Southwest Airlines

Enterprise technical training delivered alongside American Airlines during the same DFW-headquartered period. Two competing carriers, both trusted TekFocus's instruction.

TXU

Enterprise technical training for one of the largest energy utilities in the United States — operating from the same North Texas geography as TekFocus and Southwest.

  • Active classified work. TekFocus does not claim active classified delivery, current cleared-work practice, or active classified engagement status. The cleared-federal-delivery framing is past-tense capability context only.
  • Confidential federal engagements. TekFocus does not name any federal agency engaged through Miguel's TOP SECRET clearance during the Planet Technologies tenure that is not on the publicly-named list (Department of War, Department of Energy, Department of the Interior).
  • Specific Planet-era programs or contracts. The named agencies are referenced at the agency level. No specific programs, contract numbers, or program offices are surfaced.
