Miguel Wood – President and Chief Executive Officer

MiguelWood Miguel Wood is President and CEO of TekFocus, a Microsoft technology training and consulting firm headquartered in Dallas, Texas, which provides services to clients internationally. TekFocus has been a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner since 2003. Miguel consults, mentors, and trains Fortune 100 architects and executives to solve and improve proprietary business processes through technology, primarily focused on Microsoft products and technologies. Miguel is a master trainer for Microsoft technologies having trained various roles inside of Microsoft on SharePoint Products and Technologies, Microsoft .NET programming, Microsoft SQL Server, Security, Microsoft Solutions and Operations Framework, and various other Microsoft-centric technologies.

Kory Kellogg – Chief Operating Officer

KoryKellogg Kory Kellogg is Chief Operating Officer for TekFocus with direct responsibility of overseeing all operations of the organization. Kory has nearly 15-years experience managing businesses with extensive marketing, sales operational experience having owned and operated his own company for 5 years before joining the TekFocus team. In addition to experience managing P&L, accounting, finance, logistics, and human resources, Kory’s strength is in areas of sales and marketing including tracking and measuring sales successes and producing a winning sales-processes model. Previous industry experiences have been in printing, fulfillment, warehousing, distribution, software and web-based technology. Mr. Kellogg has held leadership positions with One2One, IKON Office Solutions and Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

Morris Wood COL USA (Ret) - Chief Financial Officer and Director of Government Relations

Three years experience on a consultant team leading a large organization (Department of the Army) in business process reengineering at the strategic and operational levels.
Four years operating and managing government contracts from manager to chief operating officer.
Fourteen years experience in executive level management.
Thirteen years of experience with strategic planning, program resource management, executive decision making and management of a large (six billion dollar) Army program.
Eight years as executive manager of organizational strategic planning, program management, and budget functions.
Detailed and executive level knowledge and experience of Department of Defense resource planning and requirements systems (PPBES).
Five years experience as an advisor and consultant to the National Guard Bureau Weapons of Mass Destruction – Civil Support Program/Homeland Security.
Executive management and oversight of the execution of $2 billion information management system contract (RCAS).
Experience as a Program Manager for a large Air Force performance management information system.
Experience as a Certified Public Accountant.
